We provide FREE shipping to all UK, US and EU customers for orders over £500.
There are no hidden fees for UK, US and EU customers as we pay for all customs and shipping costs for you. This is included in the price of the doll and there are no additional costs.
For other countries such as NOR, AUS, CAN and SA, it is not possible to pay import charges upfront. Therefore, import charges will need to be paid by the customer – on average, the additional fees are approximately £100.
We cannot ship to countries that have strict laws regarding sex dolls and adult products (e.g. India, Pakistan, UAE, Africa, Thailand, Singapore or Japan). If you are unsure, please check your local laws, or contact us directly.

Only Yours now offers a PLATINUM delivery service. By choosing this service your order will be delivered to our office to be quality checked before being delivered to you.
This means we can check your order to ensure it hasn't been damaged in transit and is still in 100% discreet packaging as customs can, on occasion damage the box that your order arrives in. We can also ensure that your order is delivered on time and to a location of your choice.
Packaging
All of our products are delivered with 100% discretion. Your order will be delivered in brown packaging with no branding or labels to indicate what is inside. The contents will be described as 'mannequin' on the customs declaration.
Shipping times
Typically, dolls will take between 3 – 7 weeks to arrive. Please note, this is an estimation and may take longer during holiday seasons and busy periods.
